Carlos Prince

US Air Force Veteran


Carlos Prince was born in Panama and currently resides in Hopewell Junction, NY. He honorably served 31 years in the United States Air Force, attached to the 514th Civil Engineer Squadron.


Today Carlos runs his own HVAC business called Pana Breeze, is working on his A.A. in Political Science, and sits on NYS Senator (41st Dist.) Sue Serino's Veteran Advisory Committee. Carlos joined The Alliance because of his drive to help see Veterans succeed in their civilian lives.


Noel Dillon
US Air Force Veteran

1st Vice Chairman

Noel Dillon spent over twenty (20) years in the USAF including multiple combat tours and deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, and numerous other locations in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Central and South America. During his military service he specialized in Force Protection, Counter-Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Logistics, and Intelligence. He has worked in the Nuclear Security field for more than 25 years.

He is currently an NRA certified Chief Range Safety Officer and a NRA Instructor certified to teach Basic Pistol, Basic Rifle, Defensive Pistol, Personal Protection Inside the Home, and Personal Protection Outside the Home. He is also a Certified UTAH BCI Instructor and Simunitions Instructor.


Victor Zamaloff
US Army Veteran

2nd Vice Chairman


Victor was a Medic in the United States Army from 1970-1980. He is also a retired career Arlington Firefighter/EMT, and was the Dutchess County Division Chief for the Fire Investigation Division. 

Currently, Victor is a Project Hope Crisis Counselor and Peer Mentor for MHA of Dutchess County's Veterans Programs. Additionally, he is a board member for the Veterans Sportsmens Association. He is proud to be a part of the Hudson Valley Veterans Alliance.

Alyssa Carrion
US Army Veteran


 Alyssa graduated from Carmel High School, and went on to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Portuguese. Upon completing her degree in 2004, Carrion then went on to serve in the United States Army as a commissioned officer until 2009, and then completed her Army Reserve commitment in 2012. She received the rank of Captain.

Alyssa was deployed to Egypt in 2006 during Operation Iraqi Freedom where she served as a Platoon Leader for the 571st Military Police Company. She then went on to serve as the Operations Officer for the 80th Ordnance Battalion and the Executive Officer for the 508th MP Detachment.


Carrion received a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Washington and a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. Apart from HVVA, Alyssa manages the H.E.R.O. Program for MHA of Dutchess County's Veterans Programs, assisting homeless and at-risk Veterans find adequate housing.
